How do I save my files/images to my computer?
In your account click on Management > Go to a folder > Select the files or images > Click the icon Create Archive. You have to make sure you have enough space on your account to save the file archive or it will not make the archive. Once the files have been archived it will show up in the folder. Right click on the archive file > Click the download option.

How can I tell how much file/image space I have left?
In your account click on Management. To the right you will see the file space you have left on your account. If you have deleted images or files and the file size has not changed, refresh the page.

Do I have to use the creator to use the template designs?
No, log into your account > Under Templates > Find the template you would like to use. Click the Get HTML button. This will give you the HTML of the template design.

I deleted images now my listings are missing images why?
When you delete an image it removes the image from the image hosting. Only delete images that are not being used in current listings. If you deleted an image and need to have it restored, upload the image again with the same file name as the deleted missing image. This will restore the image to any listings using the image.
